The Steps

1. Log into your Blogger account
2. Click on the Layout Tab
3. Click the edit HTML Tab
4. Check “Expand Widget Templates”
5. Now search for the rel=’nofollow’ code and delete it. It is usually located around the bottom where you start to see codes such as ‘comment-form’ and codes that start with ‘comment’.
6. Once you have spotted the code, delete the rel=’nofollow’ code between (rel=’nofollow’)
and hit save.
7. You have completed on making your blog do follow!

The advantages of dofollow is that there are many softwares out there designed to target dofollow blogs which could mean that you could have a new source of traffic, however there is a downfall also, having a bigger possbility of receiving spam comments.
